St John’s Evangelist Church, Lund is our local church.

We have strong links with our local Church, St. John the Evangelist Church, Lund and our vicar, Father Shaun. We regularly attend our local church on a coach which is kindly funded by our trust. Father Shaun is a regular visitor in school and often leads a whole school Eucharist. 

'We are a Church of England Parish seeking to live out the Diocese of Blackburn vision of being Healthy Churches Transforming Communities. There are a variety of services and activities at which all are welcome, regardless of things like age, gender, sexuality, education, mental health, background, etc.

We believe that God loves and welcomes every human person. The Parish of Lund is a small, flourishing community of women and men, young and old, who aim is to live their lives in accordance to the teachings and values of Jesus Christ.

Their primary activity is to gather together to worship God as Father, Son and Holy Spirit. and aim to serve the community in meaningful and relevant ways as we seek to live out or Mission Statement: “Proclaiming Christ and Serving the Community”.'
