We’ve been very busy making the muscles in our arms and fingers stronger ready for writing.

We all had a go at weaving with our partner using our ‘pinchy parrot’ fingers to collect the ribbon from the other side!

We made mark-making Jewellery! ✏️😀

The children chose an early mark-making pattern to follow, then used a hole punch and scissors to make them into necklaces and bracelets!

We love dough disco in reception class. Dough disco is another fantastic way to develop our fine motor skills by moving our fingers and shaping the play dough to the our favourite music!
